The Effective Use of Color Presentation
effectiveness and success come from using consistently a limited set of highly suitable colors.
Color should never be used to make up for unqualified or unsatisfactory design.
Color should not be used to decorate, but instead to purposefully highlight, emphasize or separate information.
Unless you can separate important information from unimportant parts of your message, you will be unable to use color with restraint.
Restraint implies understanding your message before you work with color. It is generally a good idea to design your document first in black and White or in shades of gray, and only then to substitute colors with extreme care and attention.
Blogging Business
Like any other business, blog owner have to wear many hats. We are CEO’s, writers, promoters, researchers, and above all, we are business owner. The one thing no business can survive without is proper financial management.. It does not matter if your blog is making $0 or $100,000 there are still bills to be paid. You might be thinking, all I have is my $9.99 per month hosting fee, but if you are in this business to make money you have to think bigger.
We all know that getting to the #1 spot in the SERP’s, is like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. I have gotten emails from more than a dozen multi-million dollar companies, wanting to buy text links on my sites and they are willing to pay big money to get to that pot of gold. These companies are not just going after single word keywords anymore, they are targeting medium and small niches as well. They are beginning to see the net as we see it and they have the money to buy that #1 spot. The good news is, the playing field is level and we still have a fighting chance.
I am not suggesting you go out and start buying links; not at all. What I am getting at is, webmasters have to start investing in their sites, if they are serious about building it into a fruitful business. You have to look past your hosting fees and see the huge picture. How many of you think Winelibrary.com , Techcrunch.com, or mashable.com is still just a blog? These site started as blogs, but have become businesses with employees. You can blog or you can build a business it’s your choice.

TEMPLATES
HOW TO MAKE TEMPLATES.
Appearances are more important than most of us like to admit. That's why blog templates are just as significant as the actual content. Most blog publishing tools offer a variety of templates. If you are an entrepreneur who wants to use a blog publishing tool to generate interest in your product or service, you should choose a template that will make an impact. Avoid dull colored blog templates. For instance, gray is never a good option because it doesn't generate positive energy. Blog templates with uninspiring colors give the impression that your product or service is boring. Similarly, if your template is devoid of any graphics it will not inspire potential clients to read on.
Conversely, blog templates with tacky fluorescent colors make visitors think your business is inconsequential. Blog templates decorated with hot pink love hearts are only acceptable if you are a thirteen-year-old girl. If you are serious about success, stick to reliable colors like navy blue, dark green or red. Furthermore, while your template should suggest the product or service you wish to promote, make sure it isn't too ornate. If you sell pet medication, for example, a plain picture of a dog or cat in the header is enough to convey the message. There is no need to go overboard and splash sickeningly cute animated puppies everywhere. Generally, stick to blog templates that are understated without being tedious.

Philippines Light Rail Transit Public Transportation
The Manila Light Rail Transit System (Filipino: Sistema ng Magaan na Riles Panlulan ng Maynila),[citation needed] popularly known as the LRT, is a metropolitan rail system serving the Metro Manila area in the Philippines. Its twenty-nine stations over 28.8 kilometers (17.9 mi) of mostly elevated track form two lines. LRT Line 1, also called the Yellow Line, opened in 1984 and travels a north–south route. LRT Line 2, the Purple Line, was completed in 2004 and runs east–west.
The LRT is operated by the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), a government-owned and controlled corporation under the authority of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). Along with the Manila Metro Rail Transit System (MRT, also called the Blue Line), and the Philippine National Railways (PNR), the LRT is part of Metro Manila's rail transportation infrastructure known as the Strong Republic Transit System (SRTS)
